agree  Arthur Vasconcelos: Nailed it, Mario! Eu cheguei a pensar em alguma alternativa envolvendo "livre e espontânea vontade", mas essa forma substantiva -- mais clara e que representa de fato a linguagem jurídica brasileira -- não me ocorreu a tempo. Fica então o meu agree :)
