Z-Translations Translator May 8: Typically, they write the name of the department that issued the document in that spot. Could you please tell me which department has issued this document? I'm not sure what that handwriting says. Perhaps تحفظ نسخة منها "a copy to be kept"?? !! You can ask your client for more information. This is something that goes beyond the abilities of any translator because there is no way to tell what it may be.
